At Stonehouse Collection, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help facilitate a seamless return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Stonehouse Collection packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
